The members of the Midwest Kendo Federation participate in many tournaments throughout the year. This page is designed to help keep track of these tournaments and the results. Even if you are not a practicing member, you are always welcome to come and watch any of these fine events. You will even find downloadable information and entry forms for our tournaments right here.
We here in the MWKF hold one official tournament a year. The Fall event is normally held in the Chicago area. We have to limit participation in our tournament to members of the AUSKF or the CKF. If you are a foreign national, you should be affliated with, and practicing with a AUSKF or CKF dojo. There is a spring event that is hosted by the Detroit kendo dojo. It is not an official MWKF event, and they (Detroit) may have a different participation requirements.
We also will post announcements for tournaments that are happening on this side of the Mississippi, and in the Province of Ontario. We figure if it is within driving distance of MWKF members, we will post it.
