Midwest Kendo Federation

The annual MWKF/AUSKF Membership drive goes from January & February of every year. Membership can only be through a dojo recognized by the Midwest Kendo Federation. The forms below are made available to the official dojo contact person, and are for his/her use only, the regular dojo member should acquire a 2 page MWKF form and fill it out and return them to their dojo contact person. DO NOT re-use old 2005 or 2006 forms. There will be all new requirements this year.
